I could only have one breakfast in Geelong, so I went here, based on the other reviews. Atmosphere and staff were friendly and inviting, food was good too, even through it was busy, not a long wait, went for the Thai eggs, something a bit different, meal looked small but was filling. Coffee beans by padre. Heaps of street parking around as well. Prices are what you’d expect to pay

My partner and I visit regularly and we love the place. The owners are caring and hands-on, the staff is friendly, welcoming, positive and overall amazing, the food is great. It's always our go-to each time we head for our breakfast or brunch. The only (very slightly) negative thing is that there is a roulette when it comes to gluten free bread replacement for my partner. Sometimes they'll have this amazing and delicious gluten free sourbread alternative, sometimes it just comes as a toasted slice of supermarket-like bread like most other places offer. Regardless of that, the food is delicious and we'd definitely recommend it.

You must eat here, drink here, enjoy here, savour here. We had my sister's 50th Birthday Brunch here on 05.11.2023, 09:45 slot. We were centre of the room and it was busy but the sounds float around without being cumbersome and people can walk behind you without it being awks. We got coffees / drinks first then 10 minutes later or thereabouts we ordered food. I ordered a flat white in a take-away. I got a latte (see my video). I fuss on this too often yet it happens too often, a flat white does not have an inch of froth, and I am embarrassed to ask for a flat white with no froth. That surmounted, the entire rest of the experience was delightful. The food is uniformly beautiful, generous and fresh. I got the big breakfast. That hash brown is cut into a perfect square; I could have cried at how beautiful it was (I have cried at a perfect potato gratin at The Rasa Ria in Borneo before so I have form). Most of us (eldest sister, youngest sister, broinlaw, one niece) got that; my other niece got a breakfast burger which had Vegemite in it, my middle sister got an amazingly stacked pancakes, and the other niece got something with honeycomb, which was delicious too. The staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating indeed. Thanks for taking our family photo. The kitchen is visible and it was operating efficiently and calmly. The whole place was busy yet not full or tense. People waited patiently and shortly they were seated. Very effective place. The menu with its all day breskfast and all day lunch is rock n roll. I think I would try most things although the cauliflower tacos... Hmmm, maybe... may be not! The prices are very fair. We paid $300 for 9 meals and 9 drinks (plus a coupla extras). Thank you ever so much for the birthday muffin and candle, it was lovely to rally around it and sing happy birthday!

We had a father's day breakfast here. I took a chance and tried the Thai Eggs. I was rewarded for my risk taking nature and can't believe I've been eating boring poached eggs on sourdough for years. The flavours were phenomenal, absolutely bursting with complimenting ingredients. The chutney was the main event, which I will try to replicate at home. Service was excellent, the atmosphere wonderful. Very enjoyable father's day breakfast. Highly recommended

Greeted by the host Gemma. Taken to our reserved table. Straight into drinks which came out promptly; cappuccino and latte. Ordered “eggs your way” and eggs benedict w/ bacon. Came out warm. The Benedict was good. Tasty. The bread seemed harder than the sourdough I’ve had previously. So left it. Hollandaise sauce was ok. Eggs your way was apparently good. Left feeling satisfied pricing was very realistic. Will return and try something else for sure. Thanks
